At the heart of our kitchen sits our traditional taboon oven, where we prepare perfectly cooked meats such as fragrant za’atar chicken, slow-cooked pulled brisket and our much-loved parmigiana meatballs. This oven is the soul of Zala, bringing warmth and authenticity to every plate.
Everything at Zala is made in-house – from our creamy hummus and freshly mixed falafel to the pickles, sauces and sides that complete the experience. Each dish is crafted with honesty and love, using quality ingredients to create food that is vibrant, generous and full of flavour.
